University Library “Svetozar Markovic” continues with its primary mission, to serve the users. Regarding to other academic libraries in the world, we offer new kind of service “Ask a librarian”, where you can get short, relevant information by e-mail.
Every working day from 8.a.m. to 8.p.m. you can, via our web site, pose questions to orderly librarian about library’s services (exception is if that information already exists on our web site) or from any scientific discipline. Obligatory, after your online question, in addition you should fill your e-mail address, where do you want to get answer. Your requested question will be processed immediately. You can send your question out of working hours of the library and you will get the answer on the next working day.
For general questions, we will recommend you electronic resources where you can find information of your interest and relevant answers.
Please note that the scope of the services does not include: compilation of extensive bibliographies, answers on contest or puzzle questions, translations, completion of school or work assignments, legal, financial, medical and private advices.
