Work within the Library is organized through divisions and departments. The Library is managed by the Director, who is assisted by the Managing Board and the Library Council.
The Legal and General Affairs Division performs all the legal and organisational work and is responsible for the entire administration and personnel service, as well as for the technical service. The Economic and Financial Affairs Division performs all the work pertaining to the financial affairs of the Library. The telephone number is 3370 508.
